
Santé Wine Society Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Santé’s website, services, and wine club membership. By accessing our site or joining our club (Santé Wine Society), you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use our services or purchase alcohol. By joining our club, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement.
3. Membership & Subscriptions
Memberships may include recurring billing, wine locker access, and exclusive event invitations. You agree to provide accurate billing information and notify us of any changes. To receive the upcoming month’s wines, you must enroll by the cutoff date, which is two weeks prior to the second Thursday of the month. Example: For September’s pick-up (starting Thursday , September 11th), the cutoff to join is Thursday, August 28th. Sign-ups after this date will begin with the October selection. Your membership will be billed automatically each month. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
All wines are hand-selected by our sommelier. No substitutions are permitted.
Members will have access to optional premium selections and seasonal add-ons at an additional cost. Details will be provided monthly.
Members enjoy: A personalized wine glass with your unique member number (for in-house use only) A personal wine card to explore and track your selections. 10% discount on in-house wine consumption (excludes retail and food) during your active membership.
Note: Personalized glasses and cards must remain on the premises. Lost or removed items will incur a restocking/replacement fee.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, a PCI-compliant platform. We do not store your payment information. You authorize recurring charges if you enroll in a subscription plan.
5. Fulfillment
Wines will be available for pick-up only starting the first Friday of each month. Wines not picked up within 30 days of release will be forfeited without refund or credit. We may require age verification upon pick up. Shipping and delivery are not available.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees. Cancellations must be made within the specified window to receive credit.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our services for unlawful purposes
Share false or misleading information
Violate any applicable alcohol laws or regulations
Interfere with site functionality or security
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site—including logos, images, and text—is owned by Santé or licensed for use. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
9. Third-Party Services
We may link to third-party platforms (e.g., Toast POS, Backbar). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their terms independently.
10. Limitation of Liability
Santé, including but not limited to, Santé Wine Society is not liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Service interruptions or data loss
Issues arising from third-party platforms or carriers
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance.
